Brentwood Country Club

Establishing pride and tradition is an essential piece to building a strong club culture. With this in mind, Brentwood Country Club commissioned Malcolm DeMille to create a Club Championship trophy that reflected the historic land in which the club resides. Inspired by the Midway Mansion, the elegant 1847 antebellum home found on Brentwood CC’s property, features white columns that gleam through a vista of rolling meadows and shade trees, and lent itself to make an eye catching trophy. Malcolm DeMille sculpted a replica of the Midway Mansion in antique bronze, and set it upon a walnut perpetual base. The members were thrilled to compete for such a stunning work of art and a trophy they were proud to take home commemorating the event.
